Located in the heart of Narberth, Pembrokeshire, Grub Tacos wasn’t looking for just another "bright and summery" Mexican aesthetic. They needed a visual identity that captured the heat of the kitchen and the soul of the craft. We stepped in to overhaul the brand with a dark, smokey, and slightly occult feel; a fresh look that trades traditional tropes for something much more visceral.

The goal was to move away from the expected and lean into a dark kitchen atmosphere. We wanted the brand to feel like an invitation to a secret society of flavor, where the preparation of food is treated with the reverence of a ritual. By stripping back the colour palette and focusing on heavy, textured typography, we created an identity that stands out in the Pembrokeshire food scene.
