TERMS & CONDITIONS

Raised by Robots – Photography, Videography & Content Creation

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Raised by Robots (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the shoot date (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment of the deposit is received.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the shoot date, 50% of the agreed fee will still be payable.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of the shoot, the full fee will be payable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed in writing.

 

Content Creation & Shoot Requirements

• We will work to the agreed brief and creative direction, discussed prior to the shoot.

• Any additional requests made on the day that fall outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• You are responsible for ensuring products, props, menus, or other shoot items are delivered to the studio in good condition.

 

Delivery of Content

• Edited images and videos will be delivered via an online gallery or download link.

• Standard turnaround time is 7–14 working days unless otherwise agreed.

• RAW/unedited files are not provided as part of our standard service.

 

Usage Rights & Copyright

• All content created by Raised by Robots remains our copyright until full payment is received.

• Once payment is made in full, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the images/videos for your own marketing, website, and social media purposes.

• Content may not be sold, resold, or provided to third parties without written permission.

Credit & Promotion

• We may use images and videos created during your shoot for our own marketing, portfolio, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.

 

Liability

• We take great care with all products and props but accept no responsibility for accidental damage or loss during the shoot or while items are in transit.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from completing your booking, our liability will be limited to a refund of payments received.

 

Data Protection

• We will store your contact details securely and only use them to communicate with you regarding your booking or relevant services.

• We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.

 

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
